The ketogenic diet can be a tool to help your bring your health to your optimal level, but when you are too restrictive or when you happen to lack real food nourishment, an imbalance can occur. These recipes provide anti-inflammatory support and minerals while adding electrolytes and antioxidants. 

1. MINTY COOL KETOSMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cucumber  (peeled and seeded)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint
  • 4 oz coconut milk (full fat canned)
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop Naturally Nourished Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • 1 Pack SP2 Raw Spirulina

Directions

Just put ingredients in blender and press start. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

 

2. ALMOND DREAM KETO SMOOTHIE

(This is a staff favorite and is made almost every morning by a member of our marketing team!)

3. CHAI PUMPKIN KETO SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil, optional
  • 1 teaspoon loose chai tea
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla
  • ½ fresh or frozen avocado
  • 1 Pack SP2 Raw Spirulina
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice * see note if you don't have any spice  

* How To Make Your Own Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 

    Directions

    Just put ingredients in blender and press start. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
