The summer may be coming to a close but there's always time for a cool treat. This ice cream recipe was shared by @thatveganswimmer on Instagram. Make this vegan treat for a great after-school snack or after a hot afternoon ride.

Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

3 Bananas

1-1.5 Cups Mango

1 Spirulina Cube

 

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Servings: 2 

Calories: 234

Directions

Slice 3 bananas and 1-1.5 cups mango (or use frozen). Then just use your Vitamix or blender to blend together and viola, a healthy, tasty treat that the whole family will love. Make sure to put your ice cream in an air-tight container and chill in the freezer until frozen.
