Hearts of Palm Ceviche Recipe
4 cups fresh hearts of palm
1 small cucumber
3 pods of SP2 fresh spirulina
1 small red onion diced
1 bunch of cilantro
1 jalapeno 2 cloves garlic
Cut hearts of palm and red onion
Add hearts of Palm and red onion to a bowl. Cover with lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and marinate overnight in a refrigerator.
Make salsa verde. Add tomatillo, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic and SP2 to blender. Puree until smooth adding lime juice to taste.
Combine marinated hearts of palm and onions with salsa verde. Garnish with popped sorghum.
