But a lot of fast-food and restaurant smoothies are way too high in calories and sugar to be good for you. Follow these tips to make the healthiest smoothie at home using your next order of SP2.

1 cube SP2 Life
8 oz. fresh almond milk (or nut milk of choice)
½ a frozen banana
4 dates
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tsp. ground flax seed
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
3-4 ice cubes

*optional toppings: cacao nibs, shaved cacao butter, cinnamon

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon & cacao nibs. Enjoy!
