By now, you've probably heard about smoothie bowls. Smoothie bowls are the perfect healthy breakfast or quick-and-easy afternoon snack, and they're packed with nutrients that will keep you energized all day long. They have the taste and texture of a smoothie, but with health-boosting, super-satisfying toppings such as granola, flaxseed, chia seeds, fresh berries, coconut, and now with SP2 for a super and way more heartier meal.

1 cube SP2 Life
8 oz coconut water
1 frozen banana
½ frozen persimmon
¼ cup vanilla almond yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
1 tbsp. maple syrup
*optional toppings: banana, pear, persimmon, pom seeds, shaved cacao butter, walnut, energy nuggets

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
