This is just as everyone else has described. No taste, no smell. 2 weeks in and I can definitely tell you I recover faster. On a hard ride it normally would take 2-3 days to recover now next day I am ready. I just use orange juice and a banana and mix. Super easy. Product comes fast and with dry ice so it’s ready to go in the freezer. Great communication with company as well.
I have been using sp2 for just over a week now. I kinda feel like I’m cheating at biohacking because I have so much more energy and I’m not hungry anymore. And to boot, I crushed my distance PR by 20 miles this weekend and had energy to spare. I just hope I never run out of this stuff!

As a vegan athlete, SP2 conveniently provides nutrients such as Vitamin A, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin K, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium, and Beta Carotene. Some of which can be lacking with a plant-based diet. SP2 is so easy to incorporate into my daily routine, I can't suggest it enough. The antioxidants included also help me in my career where I am exposed at times to airborne toxins.
On top of the nutritional value of the product, the customer support was unbelievably good. My first delivery was unsuccessful due to the carrier being delayed. SP2 immediately notified me (even before the carrier did) and apologized for the delay. They sent another order out the next day and threw in a swag bag separately as a kind gesture.
Been taking SP2 for about 2 months now and my fitness is going through the roof. I'll do a hard Zone 6 power ride and before SP2, I'd have to take 2 days recovery before my next ride...now, the next day I can barely feel my hard ride from yesterday...I'm not 100% fresh, but I can do back-to-back high intensity rides now. But, the best part is, and the proof that this stuff works in miraculous way, that I'm grabbing KOM's on strava like a janitor...I'm sweeping KOMs from all over San Francisco, and they're not easy to get around here.
I put one pack in my smoothie after a ride, and also take one pack mixed with water before sleeping at night.

Its been two weeks of my daily does of SP2 life and I can feel the difference immediately, both on my recovery from workouts and just daily energy level. I’m curious to see the results in the months to come. I have already stopped taking my daily vitamin supplements, no need anymore with SP2 life.

I have been using SP2 for about three weeks now and have definitely noticed an increase in my energy levels. I've also experienced gains in my running speed and quicker recovery. SP2 tastes great as well. I mix it with my morning protein shake and in my recovery shake after a hard work out. Very happy I tried this! I'll certainly be continuing to incorporate SP2 twice a day!
It’s been great so far! I can easily blend the SP2 into shakes, water, dressing, and other recipes. It’s really easy to take once to twice a day because it doesn’t have flavor the way powered spirulina does. I’ve been recovering way faster after activities too! Feeling great and can’t wait to keep using it!
I started taking SP2 about two months ago, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! I was training for a 50-mile run, but feeling tired and worn down after multiple marathon weekends. Previously, I had been taking spirulina supplements as powders and tablets and was unsure of any physical benefits - after only a few days of fresh SP2 spriulina, I was blown away. Considering the spirulina is tasteless, I can mix it into any morning smoothie, oatmeal, or juice and I'm ready to go!
